We chose to work with the Event Tech Group and the LogisticsPro solution in order to reduce a tremendous amount of duplicate data entry. Being able to extract the data we need into Excel files and then manipulate as needed is extremely efficient. Two of my favorite features of the LogisticsPro solution are the reporting function(s) and bulk function updates. The reporting function(s) allows users to filter, sort and build their own reports with the function data they need into an excel spreadsheet. The Event Tech Group provides world-class customer service, and this has made working with them very easy. This solution has brought so many efficiencies to our workflow that we have more time to focus on strategic planning for our events.
